Unit 15 - Inclusive Practice
The aim of this unit is to develop your knowledge and
understanding of inclusive practice. You will learn about
factors influencing learning, and legislation relating
to inclusive practice. You will also cover the roles and
responsibilities relating to inclusive practice, how to create
and maintain an inclusive learning environment and how to
evaluate own inclusive practice.

This induction training is for everyone starting the DET programme with Ekcen. The Diploma in Education and Training is for anyone teaching or interested in teaching in a lifelong learning setting and in all subject areas including engineering, science, construction, sport science, maths, English, social sciences, languages, SEND, retail, hospitality and catering, leisure and tourism, business, IT, learning technologies, childcare, healthcare and art and design.
